This website provides information about Taylor Cheyenne Studio™ and may allow project requests, purchases, subscriptions, meetings, and client workspace access. Website content is not a promise of a specific result, timeline, or availability.
Projects and scope
Complex services are governed by a separate written proposal or agreement. Scope, milestones, dependencies, revision limits, intellectual property, fees, and acceptance terms are those in the applicable agreement.
Payments
Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. You authorize the displayed charge when confirming checkout. Third-party software, hosting, licenses, paid media, taxes, and external costs are separate unless included in writing.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Recurring terms, billing frequency, and price are shown before purchase. By confirming a subscription, you affirmatively consent to recurring charges until cancellation. Online purchasers can manage or cancel through the client billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals subject to the displayed billing terms and does not retroactively refund a completed period except where required by law.
Meetings
Client-requested meetings require at least 48 hours’ notice and are not final until confirmed. The Studio may schedule sooner administratively when appropriate. Rescheduling, cancellation, and no-show terms may also be stated in the applicable offer or agreement.
Acceptable use and access
Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, upload unlawful or malicious material, or misuse another person’s account. We may restrict access to protect users, systems, or legal rights.
Ownership
Studio brand assets, site content, and pre-existing tools remain protected. Client deliverable ownership and licenses are governed by the applicable written agreement after required payment.
